Kofte

Lamb kofte (köfte) is a mix of lamb mince herbs and a few spices. They have just enough seasoning to add that bit of something without taking over from the lamb's flavour. 

Enjoy these at your next barbecue, we can skewer them for you, or you can simply purchase the pre made mixture and shape to your liking.
